Li brings a deep understanding of holistic health and well-being to her practice, with a rich background in psychology and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She began her journey at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor’s in Psychology, which grounded her approach to mind-body wellness. She continued her studies at the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine, where she achieved both a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s in Health Science. Currently, Li is a Doctoral candidate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, focusing her capstone research on the use of acupuncture in addiction medicine.
Li specializes in mental health, pain relief, and functional holistic health, helping clients process stress—both physically and emotionally—to bring their bodies back to a balanced. Her approach integrates traditional and modern insights, with each treatment tailored to support and enhance the body’s natural healing process.
